Westfield Common Management Plan launch event

Following the consultation and public meeting at The Moorcroft Centre, Westfield Common on the 20th November, SWT has written a management plan for the Common.

The management Plan has taken many months to produce and includes all the priorities identified by local residents such as the restoration of ponds and the management and removal of Non Native Invasive Species.

The plan also highlights problems and issues facing the Common and sets out strategies to deal with these.

There is also a detailed plan of work for the coming years and a map of proposed installations such as noticeboards.
