Withay to be used a temporary site office

A property, known as Withay, on the southern edge of the Moor Lane site, will soon be occupied (for approximately 3 months) by Kier under licence from Surrey County Council. Kier will only access the property with domestic scale vehicles and not construction scale vehicles.

The property will be used as a temporary site office (whilst archaeological investigations and other works are carried out in connection with the permitted Moor Lane development) does not require planning permission.

This is because Class A of Part 4 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 makes provision for this.
